Position Overview:
The position for consideration is a full time, summer seasonal position. This is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on experience in completing group projects, budget management, effective marketing, and customer service. You will get the opportunity to work outdoors with other like-minded individuals while earning a good hourly wage. Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary!
Those found with leadership experience may be selected from the interview process as a Job Site Manager, in which you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in leading your own crew of several painters. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you might be a good fit. Both Painter and Job Site Manager positions can lead to future opportunities with College Pro.
Responsibilities:
- Apply paint, stains, and coatings to exterior of homes
- Complete group projects
- Hit budgets
- Provides great customer service
Requirements:
- Hard working and competitive individual
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Organizational skills
- Strong desire for leadership
- Athletic and active a plus
- Able to work full-time throughout the summer (40 hours/week).
- Must have own transportation (job site locations will change).
- Manual labor required.
- Cannot be afraid of heights.
Compensation: Hourly plus bonus potential
